The Friday one with a bit of randomness

It's that fridayfiver_uktime again... can't think of much so it's all a bit random...

1. What did you have for lunch today?
2. Where do you do your food shopping?
3. If you could name a child anything what would it be and why?
4. What's your prediction for the US Presidential election?
5. Friday fill in: John Barrowman ____________

Thanks for the questions as always.

1. What did you have for lunch today?

Today for lunch I'll have a pint glass of water and a pita bread - toasted with avocado mashed up and crammed inside.

2. Where do you do your food shopping?

We live in a village so I try and use the local shops as much as I can. We are lucky enough to have a proper ironmonger, baker, butcher and fish van within a few minutes walk. I also use Tesco because we're hooked on clubcard points in this house. Occasionally I'll go to Marks and Spencer for one or two special things only they do best, like delicious Orkney Isle smoked salmon.

3. If you could name a child anything what would it be and why?

I quite like American names for boys and Indian names for girls. One of my blog friends has a little boy called Trenton which is cool. I also like Mason, Kyle and Luca. For girls I like Alisha and Maya.

4. What's your prediction for the US Presidential election?

President Barack Obama.

cuts a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Funnily enough, we went to An Audience With Barrowman last week in London and whilst he's an interesting guy, there was something about him that made we want to say, John, please try being a bit more humble about your success.
1. What did you have for lunch today?

Nothing yet, but it will be definitely a can of Pepsi Max and maybe a Viennese Whirl.

2. Where do you do your food shopping?

Mainly the supermarkets - Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys. Carrefour on my frequent trips 25 miles away over the Channel, and local shops fo bread, meat and veg.

3. If you could name a child anything what would it be and why?

I'm sure Deborah would in there somewhere - after Debbie Harry of course. Otherwise, probably a nice Hebrew Biblical name like Rebecca. These are for girls. For boys,I'd probably still stick to the Biblical names - something nice and traditional. Proper names. Not of your chavvy rubbish the poor sods get lumbered with today.

4. What's your prediction for the US Presidential election?

Obama, but I'd prefer Hillary.

...really isn't seen enough on television these days. And yes, I am being sarcastic.
1. Porridge, cause I went out for tea.
2. The fridge - mum normally does it. Or I pick stuff up from Somerfield!
3. Theodore James or Imogen Elizabeth, just beautiful names! The middle names are family names.
4. I am about the least political person ever, I haven't been following it at all!
5. John Barrowman is my God
John Barrowman is beautiful
John Barrowman is my current music
John Barrowman is on TV in 20 mins
...take your pick!
