1. How did you come to be in your present job?
I was being royally screwed by my former employer. At the end of my tether I picked up the phone one Monday morning and called this place. Turned out they'd fired someone on the Friday and were desperate for a replacement. The job was pretty much mine on the basis of one phone call and a CV, though obviously I did go in for a chat.
2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise?
Probably carry on. I like my job and I like the people I work with.
3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do?
Oh there are lots of jobs I'd be really bad at and wouldn't want to do. Picking the worst is impossible.
4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school?
If I take a sickie in this job it's for a good reason. In previous jobs I've taken sickies without hesitation but always come up with what I think where reasonable excuses.
5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be still working like a trojan and almost certainly still getting nowhere. I don't want to think about it.
1. How did you come to be in your present job? I had applied for a different position but they called me back and offered me a better one.

2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise? I'd carry on work for a while, if it was a lot of money I'd stop working and travel.

3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do? Care assistant or nurse.

4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school? I've never phoned in unless I had agood reason.

5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be ____________ Hopefully still happy in my job, although I have been debating changing fields.
1. How did you come to be in your present job?
- hated what I was doing so decided for a complete career change and went freelance
2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise?
- the same as I'm doing now
3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do?
- anything related to grime
4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school?
- haven't really done bad reasons, just the usual sickie day things really
5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be _______the photographer of choice of the rich and famous
1. How did you come to be in your present job?
My friend at college said they were hiring so got me an application. As to the specific role I am doing now, mainly because I got friendly with one of the guys who worked this department and he suggested me for the position.
2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise?
I would still work. Though, I only work twelve hours a week as I'm a student. I may or may not give up my degree. Or at least take time out. If I won a lot my wages would probably just go straight to charity though, maybe.
3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do?
cleaning.
4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school?
I think I've only called in fake sick once. & then I just said I had a cold.
5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be _ hopefully doing something fun that pays me well.
1. How did you come to be in your present job?
I was lunching with a friend and her previous boss/current lover, and it somehow turned into a job proposal. Like a maniac, I took it.
2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise?
Depends on how much money it was. A small sum and I'd keep working while desperately hoping for another job offer to just fall at my feet. A large sum and I'd quit with as little notice as possible.
3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do?
Impossible to pick the worst - probably anything grime related though. Working for the guy having an affair with your best friend and who from the resulting stress treats his staff despicably isn't exactly great either mind.
4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school?
I only call in sick when it's genuine, though I've been sorely tempted as of late to pull a sickie or two...
5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be ____________ most certainly NOT working where and for who I am now, and ideally be doing something I enjoy to a degree on more than minimum wage!
1. How did you come to be in your present job?
When I left school I went to a drama school part time and also went to train as a kids rep on a holiday park. In my 20s I worked for companies and agents then about ten years ago I decided to go it alone and become a freelancer. I developed my own one-man kids show which I sell to schools, clubs, holiday centres, private parties etc.

2. If you won the lottery tomorrow what would you do workwise?
Possibly the same as I'm doing now or one of my other dream jobs would be to be a trouble shooter to failed small businesses or to runa hotel.

3. What's the worst possible job you could ever do?
I must have an artistic job or one where I can offer a service to a customer. I don't like jobs which are repetitive. I'd also hate to do anything like building.

4. What's the worst reason you've ever used for phoning in sick to work/college/school?
Self-employed - we work whatever. I've worked and driven with just one leg, and I've also worked through the most hideous vomiting bug and I had to have carrier bags behind the stage curtain so I could throw up periodically.

5. Friday fill in: In five years I will be ____________ still doing what I do now. I enjoy it.
